How do I hand off a file?

Forward us the signed contract, or fill in a 5-minute intake form with 6 questions. No new software and no training. Your file is opened with a named TC lead within 1 business day, and your deadline calendar is in your inbox within 24 hours.

When do I pay?

Closing Desk is paid per file at closing: $299.40 for files that close in your first 3 months, then $499. No closing, no fee. Dedicated Closing Desk is $1,499.40 a month for your first 3 months, then $2,499, month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. No setup fee.

What don't you do?

We schedule, track and collect. We don't negotiate, give legal advice, or do anything that requires a real estate license in your state. You stay responsible for the deal.

When should I switch to Dedicated?

At 5+ closings a month. At regular prices, 5 files on Closing Desk cost $2,495, about the same as Dedicated at $2,499, which covers up to 12 closings a month with one named TC only for you, plus listing launch and daily transaction admin.
